Tim Ferriss: The 4-Hour Workweek

One of the most important things I learned from Tim Ferriss' book The 4-Hour Workweek, was to make plans for your free time. He says that if you don't have a specific plan on what to do on a Saturday, you easily fall into the work trap. You check e-mail for a few minutes in the morning, discover a problem and then you're pre-occupied with work thoughts for the rest of the day. You might even start working to solve problems that appeared in your inbox.

I know I have done this, a lot! And I still do to some extent. So, I've decided to plan more, be creative and as organized in my free time as I am with my work schedule. I'll write more about it in this space soon.
